Roles & security
Everyone sees what they need. Nothing more.
Give each person a role — owner, accountant, sales, field staff — and decide what they can see, add, change or delete. Each company's data is kept separate, and personal data is handled as India's DPDP law expects.
01The problem
Sharing one login with everyone is not safe.
When the whole office uses one password, you cannot tell who changed what, and a staff member who leaves still has the key.
02How it works
Three steps.
- 1
Create roles
Start from simple roles like Owner, Accountant, Sales and Field staff, then adjust.
- 2
Set the rights
For each area choose view, add, edit or delete. Field staff, for example, can see only their own customers.
- 3
Add people
Each person gets their own login. When someone leaves, switch them off in one step.
