Who is it for?
Small and medium manufacturing industries — food, engineering, packaging, steel and fabrication, plastics, textiles, automobile components and general manufacturing — in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. If you chase customer payments and supplier deliveries every week, it is for you.
Do the payment and supplier reminders really go out automatically?
Yes. Payment reminders go to customers, and delivery reminders go to suppliers, automatically by email and on WhatsApp. Every reminder and reply is saved in the follow-up history, so your team can see what has been said.
How long does it take to start?
Implementation is quick — most businesses go live in days, not months. We import your customers, suppliers and items from Tally or Zoho Books, set up the reminders with you, and train your team.
Do you give training and support?
Yes. Training and technical support are part of what we do — we are with you after go-live too. Reach us on WhatsApp, phone or email, Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (IST).
Can it be customised for our business?
Yes. The follow-up rules, reminder messages, reports and dashboards are set up for the way your business works.
What is not included?
SmartWorker follows up your money and your suppliers. It is not your accounts package: keep Tally for your books, GST returns, e-invoice and e-way bill. Stock, dispatch and production are simple lists, not a full stock-control system. The screens are in English. The staff phone app is for Android; on an iPhone, owners and managers use SmartWorker in the phone browser.
Can I really send invoices on WhatsApp?
Invoices, credit notes and customer statements are made as PDFs with your bank details and UPI QR, ready to download and share. Payment reminders and follow-ups go to the customer on WhatsApp and by e-mail automatically.
Does it work on the phone?
Yes. There is a SmartWorker phone app for owners and staff. Staff mark attendance with a face check and location, see their work for the day, call customers and send invoices from the phone.
How do I know my field staff actually visited the customer?
Staff check in on the phone app with a face check and their location. Field visits are logged against the customer, and beat plans show which visits were planned for the day. You see it all on the Team attendance dashboard.
Pricing & billing
Is the price really one-time?
Yes. You pay once per company for the plan you choose. From the second year there is a small yearly fee for support and updates. There are no per-user monthly charges hidden anywhere.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. The prices on the Pricing page include GST, and you get a proper GST invoice for your purchase, so your business can claim input tax credit as per the rules.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Ask us for a login to the sample company first to see SmartWorker with made-up data, before you enter any of your own.
What does the one-time price cover?
The one-time price covers the SmartWorker software for one company on the plan you choose, along with support and updates for the first year. We suggest the right plan for your users and branches after a short demo.
What is the yearly fee from the second year?
From the second year, a small yearly fee pays for support and updates. The first year is covered by the one-time price, and the yearly amount is stated in your written quote.
We have two companies. Do we pay twice?
The price is per company, because each company's data is kept separate. If you have a group of companies, talk to us.
Tally & data
We use Tally. Do we have to stop?
No. Your accountant can keep working in Tally. SmartWorker offers automatic sync with Tally through a small Windows program (SmartWorker reads from Tally, never writes into it), and import from Zoho Books.

Privacy & security
Is my data safe? Can other businesses see it?
Each company's data is kept separate from every other company. Inside your company, roles and rights decide who can see, add, change or delete each kind of record. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
What does DPDP mean for my business?
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 sets rules for handling personal data such as customer and staff names, phone numbers and attendance records. SmartWorker keeps each company's data separate and lets you control who can see what. Read our Privacy policy for details.
